The FITNETICSM program is scientifically designed to improve your strength, stamina, agility, flexibility and balance! No single mode of exercise alone produces all the desired benefits. Resistance training builds lean body mass but does not address agility and coordination; cardiovascular exercise strengthens your heart but will not create an optimally strong core or a toned physique; Pilates addresses hip and spinal strength and mobility but misses the cardio benefits; and speed/agility training improves stamina and coordination but is not intended for body transformation.
