you will be provided with a sound, but realistic nutrition plan.  Your new menu will help
to expedite progress towards your goals while decreasing your risk for lifestyle
related diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and cancer.  If your goal is weight
loss, you can expect to lose up to two pounds of fat per week by following the plan set
out for you.  Although results vary, if you follow the diet, IT WILL WORK, and you will
see the fat disappear as your body becomes leaner and healthier.
