Sports Performance
If you have a sports performance related goal, the FITNETICSM Performance
program is for you.  We will incorporate Olympic lifting to improve your power output,
train your coordination and agility to quicken your footwork, strengthen your stabilizer
muscles to decrease the risk of injury, and incorporate high intensity interval training
to optimize your cardiovascular efficiency.  FITNETIC
SM coaches have worked with
athletes of all disciplines, including football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, squash and
tennis players, endurance athletes, snowboarders and surfers.  Because our coaches
have an advanced understanding of biomechanics and exercise physiology we can
optimize your body’s movement capabilities, no matter what your sport.
