Athletically Fit
The Athletically Fit program is designed for fitness enthusiasts who want to get or
stay fit.  Workouts include exercises using:
Medicine balls
Stability balls
Resistance bands
Free weights
Steps
BOSU balls
Balance Implements
Agility toys
And whatever else we can get our hands on....

Your coach is constantly monitoring your technique and intensity level during each full
body FITNETIC
SM workout.  Every workout is different, but you are sure to
experience improvements in your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength,
muscular endurance, flexibility, agility, coordination, balance, core strength and energy
levels.  It encompasses training methods from the best of the best, and guarantees to
be unique, challenging, fast-paced and fun!

Athletically Fit Program:
Fitness Consultation required prior to enrollment
$249/month for two group sessions per week
$299/month for three group sessions per week
$40/session pay as you go

Group meets Mondays at 8:30am, and T/Th's at 8am.
